My name is Eddie and I purchased my Camaro back in March 2013. I picked up a used 2011 Black 1SS 6spd with 39000 miles on it. I got a hell of a deal on it for $23500 private party. It has been several years since I have played with an LSx engine so I was quite excited to finally aquire one of my own and start playing with it.

I do have a good length of history working on and heavily modifying LSx based cars. From the early 2000s till 2007 I worked for a local performance company called DynoTech Engineering. I left there in 2007 by choice to take a fulltime position at the Air National Guard unit in Fort Wayne Indiana where I currently still work today. Don't get me wrong I loved working on Corvettes and Camaros but the 3x the pay at the base and a long term career won me over. I enjoyed the time I worked at DTE doing everything from simple head cam installs to twin turbos to all types of superchargers. I have worked on everything from old school hotrods to C5 & C6 Corvettes and Fbodies. I did a bit of side CAD design work for them as well developing new parts here and there. It was a fun time and I learned a lot. So I am again excited to be working on these engines again.

With all that being said I am a huge advocate of paying it forward. I have all my tools still from when I worked there and love getting to turn a wrench. I work on aircraft all day so gettting to turn a wrench on a car is just as fun. If anyone in the area is wanting to modify their car, install a part or troubleshoot I would be more than willing to help. I have HP Tuners Pro and a good chunk of experience using it.

That is a lot to say in an introduction post so if anyone wants me to elaborate on anything feel free to ask. So with all that said again I want to say hi and I look forward to talking more with everyone and anyone.
Welcome Eddie,

Congrats on your acquisition as well . Thanks for joining the community here!
