So a friend of mind turned me onto the best buy auction site, they auction consoles tv's fridges all kinda stuff but you have to get a invitation from a bb employee to get a login. So after a couple of months of looking at stuff I bid on a ps3 with no cords or contolers and got it for $80 plus $13.99 shipping from the west cost, so it shows up a week later and this is what I see.

so I get on the horn with the website and they setup a claim with ups and ask me to let them know if ups doesn't pickup the package for a claim audit (ie who's going to eat the damage ups or the website) and I never heard from ups. So I got a email today stating that they are refunding the full purchase price of the unit.
