Oh my gosh, I just have to vent for a minute. My receptionist at the office is in a bad mood today and this is the THIRD time she's called my office to ask a question, then hung up on me midsentence.
I'm about to snap out on her, somebody talk me out of tearing her a new one and reminding her she works for me!
