Dude...that is MY Obsessive Compulsive Disorder!!! I will literally sit there, watch the garage door close, drive off, and then turn around like 3 times to make sure it's down and that it stays down. I am SO paranoid about keeping that darn thing shut. .......probably since I see what happens when people go inside or leave and leave their garage doors open. It's called a crime of opportunity....and it can happen to anyone!
