Years ago when I was driving an 18 wheeler I would get so tired this would happen often.

The worst one was on a stretch of highway where I could barely stay awake and tried cold water on the face, slapping, loud radio, window down and nothing worked. I remember every mile marker was torture. It seemed like an hour for every mile. I'll never forget it, I was at mile marker 162 and I seemed to dose off but when I realized I was dosing off I jerked the wheel, even though I was still straight, and when I looked at the next mile marker it said 32. At first I thought it was wrong but the next said 31, then 30. I literally drove 130 miles with a fully loaded rig and don't remember ANY of it. I'm so glad I don't do that $hit anymore.

Gracias...will try that this afternoon.

Maybe u just found out how to be the best driver possible while your asleep....you just dont know it
