Hey, you can probably tell more about a cars specs from the wrong-bodied test mules than you can from the padded camo prototypes. By starting with a regular car, you end up with a point of reference. Where has the bodywork been hacked up? Where do the wheels sit relative to the body: low, high; in, out; forward, back? That gives you a decent indication of suspension stiffness, ride height, wheel base, track width, and more.
