I'll be getting back into it as soon as the new kitchen is in. I'm installing a commercial style gas range with enough oomph for a full 6-7gal boil. I'm setting the range up with a pot-filler faucet that will deliver filtered water straight to the kettle. With a spigot at the bottom of the kettle, I'll never have to lift it while full. I'll likely start with extract batches, but maybe will do some partial mash batches to mix things up. Can't wait - it's been a few years.
