Manager should have filed an injury report when you told them the first time. Document everything so you have a record.Chances are its a muscle strain Ive done the same type of thing and it seems that once you do it you are now prone to doing it again. Something as simple as picking up a pencil may do it. This should all be covered under workers comp seeing it happened at work. Any thing you pay should be reimbursed.Hopefully something here might be helpful to you good luck.
