This. This this this. I tried explaining to my fiance that sharing innovations and features is the norm between tech companies, except for maybe a company's defining feature (like NVIDIA guards their PhysX technology), for the purpose of being able to build off each other. Enter Apple that decides to sue everyone for everything. The conversation didn't really go anywhere, lol.
On the plus side, she just got her GS4 and loves it. She asked why it wouldn't auto-correct like her iphone. I just replied with "Thank Apple for that."
