if it is a HEMI motor (5.7L) then it is probably pretty solid, even when Daimler owned them.
if it was the magnum motors 4.7L or 5.9L then yes pure crap.
however the biggest issues aren't the motors, it is the hybrid canbus electrical systems borrowed from MBZ and cross-bred with existing Chrysler LLC technology. some MBZ parts, some Chrysler, some left over $hit in parts bins from past years models that were mixed and matched. Early 1/2 year model builds with different parts than the later 1/2 year that aren't compatible, etc.
