Regardless of the degree of tint, when combined to 360 degree coverage, it has the same effect of a darker tint.
I think there is enough intelligent people to understand the two items of argument here combined with the worst of outside circumstances can cause something that can never be undone. And if you argue,"ahhh yeah right needle in a hay stack it wont happen", IT CAN. And using your head can eliminate this entire reasoning. It's pathetic a thread like this was started. Even more pathetic was the reason why it was.
