Back in 1970-1971 I would pass a house every morning on the way to school that had a brand new 70 SS454 Chevelle sitting in the driveway that I lusted over. It was red with black stripes and a black vinyl top. One morning as I passed by my heart sank, someone had ripped off all four wheels and left it sitting on Cinder Blocks. Not long after that someone stole one of my wheels and all 4 trim rings off my new 71 Vega, my dad heard them and scared them off before they could get all 4 wheels off. They left 4 cinder blocks, their jack and lug wrench behind...
