I'm just saying, when there is an entire SWAT squad outside your door, the officer knocking is the one with the position of force behind him, not the homeowner(s).

What I have a problem is with someone banging on my door with multiple rifles already pointed my direction, yelling orders at me with the threat of imprisonment if I don't comply. That's not America.
The video posted appears to indicate in the description that the homeowners were never given a chance to refuse the search.
And you don't have to keep explaining the situation to me. I got it.
The people that owned that boat are on record as saying their house was searched in the middle of the day, and then later they looked out their back window and noticed something was different, called police to tell them they had already been searched but something looked wrong, and that's when the suspect was cornered.
