What he said, you aren't going to be able to get in a vehicle over $14-$15k period for $300 or less. Taxes and tag/title are going to be a couple grand so more likely $14.
you need to shop in the used section to get anything worth getting. Forget the GPS in the car, buy a garmin unit with lifetime map and traffic, you can get them for under $200.....and work on getting a car you can afford.
All that is assuming you dont go the lease route....and I would advise you not to go that route
