Why not just stop making Camaros that cost an arm and a leg?
Seriously, the Camaro used to be the "working man's" muscle car. Now if you want 400+ hp, you're going to spend a minimum of $36k.
Yes the ZL1 is an awesome car, but the average Joe can't afford $60k+.
If cloning can get you the ZL1 look and save you $30-40k, I say knock yourself out.
