He beat me by about 80 feet or more. Looked to be around 9 or 10 car lengths.
Your car is not going to start running it's best times yet even with 2000 plus miles on it..give it a few thousand more and another oil change or 2...especially if you followed the factories recommendation for break in....thats why I used dyno break ins or heat cycles on the road...don't want to get into it here but I never follow the factories way of breaking engines in...Not saying you are right or wrong, but I have bought cars the same times as others same specs and always produced more power breaking them in this way...
