Jesus. All I know is that GM is never doing preorders ever again, and if they're smart, they'll follow my advice about just delivering one or two vehicles to each dealer upon launch and making the enthusiasts fight each other over them.
This is the exact reason GM hates giving out information ahead of time, because people do **** like this.
