Yesterday was a GOOD day!!! I love my job, and I'm really good at it (if I must say  ) but it makes me feel even better when I get kudos from the boss. He called yesterday to ask me to train our trainer - yup, teach the person who's job it is to teach everyone else - how to use our lab system. And, while I was teaching her that, I managed to figure out a way to go truly paperless with some of our filing. I sent an email outlining the process to the big bosses, hopefully it will be come our standard practice! I see more bonuses in my future!!! Happy dance..... |
