I asked Mrs. Number 3 and based on her experience she said it is possilble that a dealer would have been given an original allocation and that's it. A dealer will get only so many based on some criteria/criterion. Each dealer should know how many Camaros they will get for a model year.
Fbodfather or Cheryl would know better for Camaro, but it is possible that this is a true statement.
