Ok I sell them for a living. I would definately not recommend an 8' wide door. Hard as hell to get a larger vehicle in without folding in the mirrors. Talk to ur builder about how much room u have. U can get residential doors in 8,9,10,12,14,16,17,18 and 20 as standard widths. Go at least 7' tall and always insulated.
