I did a weigh in and Bench Max last Thursday to see where I was at. Not tooo bad for an old fat man, I benched 315 on my third lift (275, 295, 315) so 335 is close and weighed in at 225. So 25 lbs to lose and 65 to pick up (198 lbs body weight 400 Bench Press). DO-ABLE at this point, if I can keep from tearing stuff up. To stay well rounded, I'm also beginning to think about a 5k or two. I'm retired military and swore, I'd never run two miles again, well, some habits are hard to break. I'm doing Herbalife and have become a distributor, might as well as much research as I did. Seems to be working 1-2 lbs a week of weight loss, better muscle tone, and still gaining strength. Gonna be an interesting year.

Good for you man. Keep at it. Don't forget to stretch before, during and after your workouts to help prevent injuries. GOOD LUCK!
