NICE! I did back and abs tonight. Tomorrow is chest, triceps and abs.
For those of you that use supplements, may I suggest a form of BCAA's? I swear by them. I use the GNC brand and I take 3 capsules about 15 minutes before working out and 3 capsules after working out. Those of you that eat and use protein shakes already have a form of either BCAA's or amino acids in your supplement. Diet also plays a huge rule. I do like to eat though!!
