Just a little venting here, then I'll let you get on with your Monday....
The judge granted an order to vacate - Rob has to be out by the 31st. Yesterday was the 27th, and he had the day off. What did he do? He went to the Mariners Fanfest.... He has not lifted a finger to pack his crap up to move.
Talked with a friend who's a lawyer last night and asked if I'm supposed to call the Sheriff if he's not gone on Thursday, and she didn't know, because she's never heard of anyone not complying with an order to vacate
I'll be calling my lawyer today to be sure what to do... I went out for a beer with a girlfriend last night - I had to get out of the house so I wouldn't blow up about the lack of progress on moving - and when I got home, I noticed that some of the things of his that I had removed from the closet (I started spring cleaning yesterday), he put back!!! Is he THAT stupid??? Wait, I know the answer..... YES.
Grrrrrrrrrrr.........
Anyway, I hope Monday is good for everyone - it was a full moon last night, so I know I will be busy!
