Squats and deads are pretty much whole body lifts, benches are somewhat limited. Do nothing but benches for six months and see the results, then do the same with squats or deads. I see alot of guys who focus on benches and curls, you know, the stuff you see in the mirror and they've got scrawny legs and no ass.
