Well it is the big topic on Capital Hill and everywhere else right now.

When I took that oath my dad (not a Regan fan) was quick to let me know that the part about the president came AFTER the part about the constitution. At the time I didn't pay a lot of attention to it. Admittedly it was just a formality for me to serve. But I was a kid.
We have a well educated and smart military. By design. We ask our soldiers, sailors and Marines to be thinking men and women. I agree. No way an intelligent person can misunderstand that oath.
