Another one randomly yells at the voices she hears, we're pretty used to that and just tune it out. But one day, after she had yelled "Get off my head!!", we found her wig in the garbage can... guess it was her wig she was yelling at.
My favorite is the patient who introduces himself as Batman... Calls me Wonder Woman, and my staff are the Power Puff girls. One day, my boss was in for a visit - Batman called my boss Godzilla. I just about fell over laughing
