Na its all good. I can still do everything I need to do. The only thing I have a hard time with on flat bench is with a barbell. It holds my arm in a bad angle and can make my shoulder pop out with too much weight. I can do dumbell flat bench no problem cuz I can re-position the angle of my arms.
