Some people hurt their backs and can never work a manual labor job again? It is hard to put a value on any type of future suffering. Those kids got molested by the guy at Penn State are not getting 2 million, and they got rapped. He could mark never been arrested and explain the answer later. I don't think any employer would frown at that after hearing the true story. Did he loose his job because of this anyway? If he did not, your looking at a situation that may never happen. Not saying the guy should not get paid, but 2 million..... wrongful death claims are not that much
