Even if the victim openly admits, yea, we shouldn't have falsified the claim of theft.

Most people don't realize, every time you are arrested even if your charges are dropped immediately... they show up on background checks by employers and every time police stop you. You have to get those charges sealed and removed every single time... and some charges you cannot remove, some states also restrict how many times you can seal your record. I believe in Florida you are limited to as little as 1-3 times, but I have no experience dealing with that.

If he walks away with anything less than 1 mil from this dealership, I would be shocked. We aren't talking about a person or city who is on a tighter budget.. we are talking about a privately owned business where the owner took responsibility of allowing this to happen.
Ofcourse but, he wasn't harmed or pepper sprayed. So if you ask me he's pushing the law and trying to capitalize on it. Not like he'll need a therapist after this just go to another dealership or ford

He wants to sue so he can either pay for one or one will be provided to him. I've lived in florida cops don't play especially if you got New York plates and play loud music you'll get pulled over.
