If you think the GT500 is maxed where it's at, I'd say you are wrong.
There is also a one piece drive shaft they could add, upper/lower control arms, gears, smaller pulley, etc.

Yea they could go with a taller tire. How much taller without cutting the car can you go than a 28" tire like it has now? Never said it was maxed out. But if you want more out of it, putting more gear isn't going to make much of a difference. I realize most drag cars run a really tall tire with a steep gear. They go hand in hand...... But so does having the room for said taller tire. I mean really.......what car is really maxed out? Sky is the limit these days. My whole point was the bullshit comment saying there was much more left in it because of the gear.
