Funny you guys mention the possibility of a weapon and the fear of God.
Bonnie and Rebecca didn't like it much but YES I did have my pistol sitting on the desk as I talked to the young man.
I got a number of things out of him while Rebecca conveniently had to finish getting ready.
He's a Christian kid.
Honor roll student.
Plans on going to college. (not sure where yet)
Might go into the military depending on who will be the president next year.
Is planning on voting as he's now 18 years old.
Painted himself up for the homecoming game the night before.....
(Rebecca had told me. It was why he didn't want to meet me that night lol)
I just simply pointed at my gun on the desk and told him I'm not going to do the age old 'Clean my gun' thing. Just know that I've always believed I'd end my days in prison. How I get there I don't know yet........
