My wife is a dispatcher for a tow company... she got a call from a woman who wanted a tow through AAA. My wife told the customer that she was going to send Zeke, one of their best drivers. The woman flipped out, refused that driver, saying that she DID not want to be raped. Did she know Zeke? No... the name scared her, she said, "There's been trauma before (WTF?), and I am NOT going to risk it with somebody named "Zeke!" Reeeeaaaaalllllyyyyy? There are people that stupid out there?
