Awesome. I was supposed to be going to C Co. 45th BSTB - but that was before my discharge. I doubt I'd get the same unit spot when I reenlist, even if I go in under the same MOS. I certainly won't if I swap. Not sure which unit I would want to be attached to as a medic. Hopefully somewhere where I can actually do something. I don't want to be just a staff medic.
By the same token, I'm not really interested in staying as a nurse. I'm getting my RN because I think it (and the work experience) will really help when I go to get my EMT-B and try to get a job as a paramedic.
