there are replacement fans you can buy on llamma's adventure site, but thats if you dont mind voiding your warranty.
On a side note watching E3 the general feel i get is this
Nintendo: expanding on what they are doing now.
XBOX 360: great games, and trying to be the center of entertainment in you home. NATAL seems promising, and years out
PS3: Great games also finally....motion capture tech translates real movement into movement in 3D environment nearly perfectly. Still in development and make Wii controller look like crap.
For the first time Im actually excited about PS3
