so at :20 and at :24 we see the cop purposely sticking his foot under the front tire, and then he goes into a ragefit when he gets it run over?
if you have the guys info (he is writing a ticket for the vehicle,safe to assume he already has the plate info) and he tries to drive off you let him go and have the judge issue a summons.
Cops was stupid,caused injury to himself and if i was the judge i'd toss the entire mess out and tell the cop to watch his behavior or else he might be on the recieving end of a lawsuit someday.
Not saying the guy with the red car was right (clearly he wasn't) but the cop put himself in harms way then assaulted a civilian.
