Many serious offenders have been apprehended by doing stupid shit. I'd probably have been thinking that this guy is hiding something. I'm guessing that cop had reason to believe it was important to keep him there.
NO WAY I'm going to negatively blame that cop for putting his foot there. If it makes him a dummy then so be it. No wrong doing happened to the dipshit driving the car.

I don't blame the cops for giving him a taste of his own medicine. I'm from New York cops have to put up with alot B.S. so anyone who steps on their foot or authority going to get stepped on regardless. It all depends on if their having a pleasant day or not.
We all seen police brutality and witness criminals out-smarting the cops one too many times. I'm sure his rich father will bail him out and fix any damages easily.
