I'm a little surprised here. I'm against police brutality too, but this in not a case of that. That guy got what he deserved.
Sometimes you got to make an example or young teens with an expensive sports car will just walk all over you and think they can get away with it.

Then comes the bragging rights to their no criminal record friends in the suburbs "Look what i did" i believe two wrongs don't make a right. The driver shouldn't of drove off and the cops should have better instincts then put your foot under the tire "Just incase" he decides to step on the gas.

But, in the end he got a taste of what other dirty cops could've done i'd say he got lucky.
