It rides just as good. (But, I like to know I'm in a truck so I don't pay that much attention to it)
Ford is airtight, no rattles groans or squeaks.

then the current f150. And I second the fx4 vote!
Just go drive a new f150 and see. I got the 5.0 though, the ecoboost was $1250 more when I got mine and it just wasn't worth it to me. I don't drive much so I would never make up the difference in mpg's. I get about 14 ish in-town and between 18-22 hwy depending on all the normal mpg factors. But again, it's a truck and if I wanted good mpgs I would get a prius.
