What I've found the best to do is get in front of said assholes, open my sunroof, squeeze the water bottle I keep filled with soda or similar substances out the sunroof as hard as you can so you don't get your car and that will literally make this 5'x5' cloud of sticky liquid that covers the whole front of their car. Way I see it is if you aren't going to do something don't complain. Especially to randoms on the Internet.
