First thing I did was max out my storage space. I've spent money raising all my crafting to level 7 (no tomes of secrecy yet)...but I really wasn't spending money at all on my character.

That's why my first character (L45 Barb) is way undergeared. I used the money I got raising my DH to 60 for AH items and also maxxing my crafting as much as I could.

It is nice to round up my gems to the highest level, and I'll be going through 4 more characters getting to 60...so I'll have tons of gems from low to high. Anything gem-wise just adds to my total gem collection.
