I'm not trying to hate. I'm just trying to understand. It seems like maybe both groups are jealous of each other-- or at least trying to out-man the other and using their pride instead of their brains...
You're really hating on them for having 5th gen T-Shirts? Because I have one, and it doesn't make me lame any more than a Corvette shirt makes a Vette guy lame or a Jeep shirt makes a Jeep guy lame....

The sequence of events in my original post may have created the confusion you're questioning above.
This wasn't the first time I have had these experiences. It has even dated back to last year at the same show - hence why I snub them now.
To everyone else - People can go and do whatever the hell they want, and generally I don't give a damn. HOWEVER, this is an organized show, and people should respect the rules of the show. Making your own parking section, reving, peeling out down the main road are all things that people have been advised not to do. Period. Plain and simple. The consequences of these actions ranges from minor (annoying other members) to broader (drawing negative attention to the show) to major (reckless driving reports that alert the authorities and gets the show shut down). THAT is why I don't want to be associated with the group. THAT is why I have a complaint.
This is a public show for all makes, models, and years. It also encourages non-muscle car owners to come out and take a look at the vehicles and have a good time.
If this crowd wants to go off and start their own show where their actions are the norm, be my guest. You won't get a single gripe from me, as I could care less.
