More than that small tire difference, I think balance and distribution would play a more important role. I know the GT500 recently improved that balance, so that should help a fair amount, but the whole chassis will have to be up to snuff if there's any chance at using that power. If it can, it's going to be stupid-quick. If not - at least one regime will be it's dominating area.
