What does the dealer want to charge you? Depending on the price you might want to get quotes from an authorized Line-X dealer and an authorized Rhino Liner dealer.

I have had Rhino Liner in my 04 Dodge Cummins since I bought it in 05. It has held up freaking great and fading has been minimal. Last year I taped everything off and resprayed the whole bed myself with Dupli-Color Bed Armor. It only took one can and gave it a nice fresh look. IMO spray in is the only way to go. Mats and plastic drop ins keep water trapped underneath and dirt gets underneath scratching up the bed floor. Optioning for color match is terrible IMO. Go with the classic black. Whomever does the job for you, ensure that they know what the heck they are doing and that the prep work is done properly. That is key to longevity.
