Skip likes working out and he likes the food I cook so I dont have a problem and my parents are just as healthy cause my mom has high cholesterol even though she is a size 2. lol. My mom is always ALWAYS reminding me of my goals (I think she worries about our heart health cause her dad died of a bad heart). Skip has NO PROBLEM saying babe you have been skipping the gym the last few days, or you know you shouldnt eat that. I wish I was as lucky as your son hahahhaa.
Heart attacks run in my family too, my grandfather on my dad's side died at the age of 53, and my dad had quadruple bypass surgery at the same age, and my mom has had breast cancer, she is a 15 year cancer survivor, thats what motivated me to get this involved in fitness, keep doing what your doing and we both will thank ourselves later in life!
