I definately don't regret building the SS up as I did. I enjoyed the heck out of that car and would do it again if I had to. That being said, I think there are advantages to buying a car that already has a power added as typically it also has supporting mods to go with it and from the begining will probably be a bit cheaper to mod to get horsepower. If your comfortable w/ stock horsepower levels etc and only do the normal intake/exhaust mods, you also have a warranty that backs that up.

What I really need to do is relax and enjoy but somehow there is a clock inside of me that says NEW car ever 2 or 3 years
