Dark tint is dangerous to Police Officer as he can not see what's going on in a car when he approaches. Even though you may not think you are a threat well don't know you just like you don't know him. So noone should get their panties in bunch when they get pulled for tint.
I agree with you partially on this...that's why when I get pulled over, I roll all of my windows down, turn on the flashers, turn on all dome and map lights...I don't want to give them any hint of trouble.
