Actually...1959, although I've seen '60s with what sure looks like a Genuine GM units... The GM units were attached to the rear bumper and held the spare (with cover), as opposed to the aftermarket units that extended the whole rear bumper.

Availability: ANY non-tailgated model (so, excluding Wagons/Sedan Deliverys/El Caminos). I wonder how many Biscayne Sedans got 'em?! Add a whip antenna, a foxtail, some pompoms around the windows, a neaker knob to the steering wheel, and you were STYLIN'!!
