I'm pretty lucky but I still need to be careful. I work in a direct bill environment so if I'm not billing a customer my company doesn't really care what we do... As long as my project bills the customer correctly, the time of day is not that important as long as everything adds up. So I just have to be sure I am working the hours billed and all is well. But overhead employees don't have that luxury.
