Not necessarily!! She could be laying low. Just cause she is mafia boss doesn't mean she would be all up in your face. Plus, if she was found to be pro-town it is a good possibility that she is the mafia boss. When an investigation is done on the godfather he/she comes up as pro-town to throw the cop off. She seems to squirm every time someone points to her. That's what gets me, she is more obvious than other that have had fingers pointed at them. That's just my 0.02
