I hate Mitsubishi even more today than I did yesterday...
Final repair estimate came in.... $4400..... Damnit!!!!
I debated trading the SUV in last summer, but decided against it because I didn't want another car payment. Now I'm kicking myself.
Don't have many options other than repairing it, because it isn't worth much while it's broken. Taking the $4400 and getting a used car doesn't sound good, because with the way my luck has been, that car would need repairs, too! I could get winter rims and snow tires for the Camaro, but with how our winters have been here the last couple of years, I'd rather not drive a high HP rear wheel drive vehicle. So, my hubby gave me an envelope full of cash today (taken from his business account), and I'm cashing in some of a mutual fund. At least I don't have to start sending Christmas gifts back....
